Vugen 11.04 is not recording Citrix traffic

Vugen 11.04 is not recording Citrix traffic. We are using the citrix client 13. The docs you sent me say support only goes to 12.1. how can we workaround this??

The last LoadRunner patch (11.04) added support for the ''Citrix On-Line client'' 12.1.44.1
It is recommended that if any issues with recording Citrix client 12.3 or higher to roll back to the Citrix Client 12.1.44.1 or below

OR

The Upgrade to the newest version of LoadRunner 11.5 with patch 1

The Vugen 11.5 with patch 1 (11.51) add

* support of Citrix Client 13.x ( a.k.a Citrix Receiver 3.x).
* support of Citrix Secure Access Gateway using Citrix Client 13.x (Receiver 3.x).
* new Citrix protocol APIs: ctrx_logoff and ctrx_get_server_name.
* Citrix XenDesktop support
