What happens when support ends for QCv10 regarding upgrade to v11.x?

Does that mean that HP will not provide help for issues when upgrading to a later version?

If you are experiencing issues while upgrading to the new version, HP will provide support assistance.

Regarding what that means for v10 support.....

End-of-Support Date is the last date Software maintenance (patches), installation and configuration assistance, and other standard support services will be accepted.

In addition Enhancement Requests (ERs) will be no longer be accepted for that version.

What about patches for v10, will the still be available from HP or do I need to download ahead of time?

Version patches remain available for electronic download, usually until the self help support end date.

Self help KB posting will remain available for a couple of years (8/31/2015).
