What is license usage for UFT/QTP access via ALM

When a tester access UFT/QTP via qc, does that use up a concurrent license also??

A UFT/QTP license is not used for the following actions from ALM/QC You will have to have a UFT/QTP License for the following actions from ALM/QC. - Launch and edit UFT/QTP tests (if UFT/QTP is installed on the same machine). Marked as spam
