What is the correct way to install patches with the latest ALM versions?

Hi,
We are wanting to stand up a new instance and upgrade our current version to the latest version. What is the quickest and best way to accomplish this and be on the latest version as an end result?

Hi HomerJ,
The latest ALM 12 versions are all now full packaged installers and therefor the need to install an OEM (base) version and then install the latest patches on top of that version are no longer necessary. You can obtain the latest patch version and install from that version and have the installation completed and all patches rolled into one action. This makes upgrading and installing new versions less evasive and time consuming as in the past.
