When will ALM v11.5 Enterprise Edition be released

Is it true that the only v11.5 ALM Edition is currently available (10/1/2012)?
If so, when should we expect the Enterprise Edition?

My understanding is that the licenses for the other editions sould be available in the Nov/Dec 2012 timeframe.

In your sandbox environment you are using to test your upagrade, you can install using the evaluation license.
