All the current versions and patches and the environments supported can be found at the following page maintained and linked to within the documentation by Microfocus: https://admhelp.microfocus.com/alm/specs/alm-qc-system-requirements.htm

As of this time the page should list ALM 12.55 patch03 or later and ALM 12.60 patch01or later as the environments that support Microsoft Azure cloud services at this time.
