While launching HPQC I am getting the following error : ”The following client components were not downloaded successfully. 1. SprinterPlugin.dll. Close all connections and try again”. Could anyone please suggest a workaround for this issue.

are you getting same error message even after running IE as administrator and then launching QC? Also try clearing cache , reset IE , launch IE as administrator with qc10 and see whether it fixed your issue.

I have tried all the steps mentioned above. Still the issue exists.
