Hello. When we try to open\\run HP ALM on Internet Explorer 11, on a Windows 10 machine, the following message displays.

![alt text][1]

Please advise that we are currently using ALM v12.50.32 (No Patch), and we need to execute our tests using IE 11 on a Windows 10 platform. There is no problem running ALM from IE 11 on a Windows 7 platform. Our entire enterprise is currently converting from Windows 7 to Windows 10, so we need to figure out how to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. Thanks in advance!

Hello. This warning appears because Windows 10 isn't fully supported by ALM 12.50. If you like, you can select the checkbox 'Do not show this message again', and you should be able to use the application without any issues. To avoid this warning message altogether, you can install patch one on your ALM server, as this version of 12.50 does support Windows 10. You can download the patch from our supportweb site by clicking the following link:

[Download Patch 1 for ALM 12.50][1]

You will need to download the patch from the link above, unzip the folder and run the ALM_installer.exe file to start the installation. Note: Before installing the patch, we recommend that you make a backup of the project repository folder and database (may require DBA) just in case any unforeseen issues occur. Be sure to save the backups in a safe location. Once the upgrade process has been completed, and the projects have been tested to make sure everything looks and functions correctly, you can get rid of those backups if you like. The install will also require a server reboot, so a short period of downtime is also required.
