How can I know the capacity(limit) with respect to number of defects that can be entered for a project in Defect module of Quality center 10.0 ?

The capacity is really governed by the db size and the space it has to grow. QC 10 benchmark tests have been carried out where the BUG table contained in excess of 60,000 defects in SQL Server 2005 as well as Oracle. That's not to say that this is the capacity.

Thanks, So you mean to say if the defect #'s are less than 60,000 there should not be performance or any issues created by the data size.

correct, given the QC server specs tested in the benchmark test, that is.
