Once on the HPE main software support page go to ''Product Information...'' and the select ''Matrices''
**or** use this link https://softwaresupport.hp.com/group/softwaresupport/support-matrices
You will need a HP passport account.
- Once logged in, then from the list of HP products. find the product (for example **LoadRunner**)
- Select the plus sign next to ''**LoadRunner**'',
- Select the **LoadRunner 11 patch 4** link for the pdf
**Note** that HPE ended Committed Support for LoadRunner 11.0x on Feb. 28 2015. This product version is now under ''Limited Extended Support''. Orasi and HP will provide a technical resource to help resolve issues during the extended support period. However, **HPE will not be issuing any new patches or hotfixes for this version**. This means no bug fixes and no support for newer versions of browsers, operating systems, and databases. HPE and Orasi strongly recommend upgrading to **LoadRunner 12.50 with patch 3**
