Unable to create new projects in ALM11

When creating a project, we get this error:

Messages:

Failed to Create Project;

Failed to create HP ALM project;

Failed to create project ‘Breck’;

Failed to create new project ‘Breck’;

Maintenance task EnableExtensionsTask failed;

Check the path it specifies to see if there is a folder related to the Extension and that there is the file it is looking for in there?
Sometimes, there may be two folders with similar names (STANDARD_11.0 and STANDARD_11.00).
If one of those has the XML file, copy it to the other and try again.
