Strange error message when trying to Export to HP ALM

Recently upgraded to version 12.01 of HP ALM. Uninstalled and reinstalled Excel Add-In but receive the following error when trying to export: "A general error occurred: The current HP ALM client is outdated. Install the HP ALM Client Registration from the add-ins page"

I would recommend that you uninstall the Excel Add-in again, then try using the ALM Client Uninstall tool to clean the client from your system. That tool can be found in their knowledge base here. Then reinstall the Add-in. Marked as spam
