UFT Script not using updated checkpoint values

I’m using UFT 12.02. Even though I’m updating the checkpoints in my shared Object Repository, my script is still failing and the result file is showing that it is checking for the old value rather than the new updated value. I have verified that the Shared OR has been checked back in to ALM and when I open it to edit, is shows that the new values were retained. What’s going on here??

Check and see if your Local OR has checkpoints with the same name as the Shared OR. If so, the local will override the Shared and use whatever value is there. You should rename or delete the checkpoints in the local OR to get the script to use the Shared OR values. Marked as spam
