Getting License connectivity error between UFT 12.02 and ALM

After the up gradation to UFT 12.02 from UFT 11.53, UFT 12.02 is failure to connect license server for normal users. When we execute from ALM getting reply status as "**You cannot use the current test. A Unified Functional Testing license is needed**. ", but using admin login able to connect / execute successfully.

A workaround is to Grant the ''Users'' group, ''Full Control'' permissions on ''HKLMSOFTWAREWow6432NodeMercury InteractiveQuickTest ProfessionalMicTest'' This is a known problem with UFT 12.02 patch 1 and 2. I am assuming that you have installed either patch 1, 2 or both.
