We hit a road block and need help with an item – the one admin account that I know of is not able to log in to this actual part of the application. The team wants to know if there is a "backdoor" account in order to get in to the AutoPass License Server.

Unfortunately, there is no backdoor account to log into Autopass. If you are unable to login, you will need to do a complete reset of the Autopass license server, which will involve having to re-create everything including entering your license keys in again. http://eyeontesting.com/questions/10578/locked-out-of-uft-autopass-no-email-server-and-can.html Marked as spam
