ConnectAll not excepting my login for Jira cloud

No longer able to log into Jira cloud using ConnectAll. My login for Jira cloud is failing when I try to use it in connect all, I know the username and password are correct, why is it not allowing me to log in?

This is because Jira cloud no longer allows you to use your regular password in the REST API. You will need to create an API token for your user in Cloud jira then use that api token in place of the password. Also if you are using older connect all make sure you select the ''Basic Auth'' checkbox. You will also want to clear out the sync user and password under the advanced section of the link as well since that probably holds the old password, then go to the field mapping and save the link.
