Hello, We have just installed the new Application Lifecycle Management 12.20 and I'm having trouble locating the demo project to import into our environment. Can someone tell me how to get to this?

Help! We are using the ALM Demo project supplied by HP on the install media for training. The System Fields and Requirment Types are lock Read Only and we cannot update.
