We have a few defects in certain projects that we would like to change defect ID's in ALM, is there any way to do this?

We are wanting to use Sprinter to help us write test cases to validate a 3rd party package. Sprinter would be a great tool to use for writing the tests if it could recognize the actual Field Labels instead of the actual Object ID's.
