Hello, We have recently upgraded to ALM 12.53 and have patched to the latest build, but yet we still have issues with the snapshot utility? How can we resolve this issue? Thanks, HomerJ

We use Snapshot option to take screenshots and attach in HP ALM(QC). But this option is not working when we try on a system that has Window 10 operating system. We are using Sprinter 12.53 along with ALM 12.53. When creating a defect via Sprinter during a test run with a failure, I can pull in the Sprinter snapshot taken at the time of the step failure.
