I was using Quality Center Starter on my laptop (as server and client) and when I rebooted my IP changed. (DHCP) I know I should have this on a server, but is there anyway I can get it working again for eval purposes?

For Windows Server 2008, Starter Edition requires the 32 bit version of the OS. Is it possible to install Starter Edition (D:\\ALM\\Installation\\Win32\\setup.msi) in a Windows Server 2008 / SQL Server 2008 environment?

Trying to install QCv10 Starter Edition. Logs led us to discover that the passwords do not meet the security policy requiments set for our organization. Is there a way to edit the passwords the install is using for the sa and td accounts?
