I've tried saving my test resource both by trying to save from UFT and by using the Upload option from ALM > Test Resources, but even though it seems like it saves fine, it doesn't seem to actually upload to my ALM server. Is this a bug? How can I work around this?

I have added xls data into Test Resources, but when I click tab Resource Viewer, get the msg: "QTP Viewer is not available"
