Our DBA team asked us to change our ALM instance for Oracle SCAN Listener. We updated our TNS Names with the new connection information. We changed the connection string for our projects and tested all of the connections in QC and they were successful. However, now we cannot access QC.

User is receiving this error during installation of ALMv11. The error also occurs when adding a additional entry in the DB Server tab.
