We are installing QC/ALM11 on Windows 2008 Server SP1 (64-bit) and even though it looks like it is supported, we get this error: "operating system minor version is not recommended Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1" Why?

For Windows Server 2008, Starter Edition requires the 32 bit version of the OS. Is it possible to install Starter Edition (D:\\ALM\\Installation\\Win32\\setup.msi) in a Windows Server 2008 / SQL Server 2008 environment?
