ALM 11 emails not formatting correctly with Lotus Notes 8.5.1

ALM 11 does not properly format generated emails within Lotus Notes 8.5.1. Before we were on QC 10 and patch 29 corrected this issue. Moved to ALM and the same issue is here again. We are on Patch 9. That took some work so not looking to jump to patch 10 unless I know that had a fix or not. Or is there some setting that we are missing for ALM? It just worked in QC10 with patch 29, we didn't have to make any adjustments.

Hello! The issue is with the StyleSheets folder which contains the built-in formatting templates. Patch 29 for QC10 featured and updated StyleSheets folder, so the formatting for Lotus Notes was corrected. ALM 11, and even ALM 11.5, when their builds were packaged, they used the older StyleSheets folder so the issue of formatting with Lotus Notes is present again. You will need to request the updated StyleSheets folder (which includes the newer templates from Patch 29 for QC10) from HP Support.
