ALM integrations broken

We just applied a Patch to our ALM server and now our ALM Synchronizer, Excel Import and QTP integrations do not work any longer.

Soapy,

Applying the Patch has caused the existing client loads to become outdated.
Normally, as your users visit the ALM URL, their clients are updated automatically. This does not happen for the components related to ''Registering'' your clients.

Make sure to STOP the ALM Synchronizer service on your ALM Syncronizer Server machine, Close Excel, QTP or any other tools integrating with QC, then:

Go to your normal ALM URL (http://:/qcbin)
The Client will update itself
Make sure you can log into a project
Logout and go to the Add-Ins page.

Follow the Register Client link (make sure you have the required permissions)
reboot (wait long enough for ALM Sync service to restart if you are using it).
Test ALM Synchronizer and other integrations.
