Try this:
Close IE, then go to the IE icon in the start menu, right-click on the IE icon and select ''run as administrator'' from the menu. Then go to your ALM URL as you did before. It should be able to load what it needs now. This is only needed for the first load of the client.

When the ''Run as Administrator'' option does not work, Delete this directory.
C:\UsersYOUR\_LOGIN\_NAME\_HERE\AppData\Local\HP\ALM-Client

when i subscribe the news feeds the error msg will occur ''Process Failed to Subscribe'' and i cant be go further details...pls give me any tips to avoid the error.....
