ALM missing excel reports option

We are missing the "New Excel Report" option in the dashboard of ALM, how can we add this back?

Add this parameter in the site configuration tab in ALM Site Admin: ENABLE_CREATE_LEGACY_EXCEL_REPORT set the value to Y this should allow you to create the legacy excel reports. Marked as spam
