Your problem appear to be caused by the version mismatch of OTA Client. Due to a version update problem the OTA client side running on the VuGen machine has failed to connect correctly to the ALM server. This prevents the VuGen script upload from completing. Thus the ''missing content'' error
To fix, on each VuGen 11.00 machine open a browser and perform the following steps:
1. Use url http://YourALM_Server.com:8080/qcbin/
2. Click on Add-Ins page
3. Click on HP Quality Center Connectivity
4. Click on Download Add-in and run it.
5. Upload the VuGen script again and test that it can be viewed and used in ALM-PC 11.00.
