ALM-PC 11.0 patch 6 –Error Uploading Script(s) from Vugen to ALM-PC 11?

After I upload a script from VUGEN I try view script from ..Test Plan -> Test Script and get this error:

Can not display script content Script content is missing – "script name"

Can any one suggest what I am doing wrong and why I’m getting this error?

Your problem appear to be caused by the version mismatch of OTA Client. Due to a version update problem the OTA client side running on the VuGen machine has failed to connect correctly to the ALM server. This prevents the VuGen script upload from completing. Thus the ''missing content'' error

To fix, on each VuGen 11.00 machine open a browser and perform the following steps:

1. Use url http://YourALM_Server.com:8080/qcbin/
2. Click on Add-Ins page
3. Click on HP Quality Center Connectivity
4. Click on Download Add-in and run it.
5. Upload the VuGen script again and test that it can be viewed and used in ALM-PC 11.00.

Please replace the ''YourALM_server.com'' with the your ALM-Platform server ''name'' or ''IP'' address.
