ALM seems to be using more than one license for one machine.

Sometimes when we look at our Site Connections tab in Site Admin in ALM it will display the same user more that once on the same machine, is ALM using two licenses for this user?

Sometimes at first glance the site connections can be a bit misleading. All this means is that this user has two connections or ''sessions'' to ALM open in their machine, i.e. they have two internet explorer/Qc explorer sessions connected to QC. This tab in QC shows all of the ''Connections'' to ALM this does not necessarily mean that every connection in this tab is consuming a license. Since this user is connected to 2 sessions on the same machine this should only be consuming one license. Marked as spam
