Both endpoints on synchronizer time out when trying to connect. We are unable to get the synchronizer to connect to ALM, Jira, TFS or any other endpoint from the synchronizer server. What could be causing this?

Ports 1098 or 1099 must be opened and not used by any other applications on the synchonizer server. If these ports are not open, no endpoint will be able to connect to the synchronizer server. Marked as spam
