Can we upgrade directly from ALM11 to ALM12.53?

We are confused about the upgrade path from ALM/QC11 to ALM/QC12.53. http://alm-help.saas.hpe.com/en/12.53/online_help/Content/installation_guides_main_page.htm http://alm-help.saas.hpe.com/en/12.53/pdfs/Install_Windows.pdf It says we must go through QC/ALM11.52 first. Which one is correct?

Yes it is confusing. The 12.50 install guide was not correct about going from 11 directly to 12.50, there were many problems with that and HP was recommending going through 11.52. The NEWER install guide for QC/ALM12.53 has a proper correct path on Page 74 showing that you must go through 11.52 to get to 12.53. Marked as spam

A little addition to PT Barnum's answer above is that you can go directly from ALM 11 to any version prior to ALM 12.5x (so ALM 11.52, ALM 12.0x, and 12.2x versions are all direct paths for upgrade from ALM 11.00). If you want to go to ALM 12.5x, then you must upgrade to one of those mentioned versions as an intermediary and then from any of those versions you may directly upgrade to an ALM12.5x version.
