Can you edit attachments on resources in ALM Rest API?

The ALM.net REST API interface has a major shortcoming, Resource attachments cannot be downloaded. We can download attachments from tests, test sets, test runs, etc., but Resources, which I would have thought would be the primary location to access attachments, does not support download, is there a way around this?

No, currently not, I do know that there is an enhancement request at MicroFocus for this so it is possible that they could add this feature in the future. Marked as spam
