Cannot change ALM Lab service password

I am trying to run the test set on a remote host on cloud.

Initially I was able to set a password and run my tests on cloud. Now, although I have admin rights on cloud but still I am not able to change the lab service password.

**Error message :**

Lab serviceconfiguration settings cannot be saved.
An error occurred in loading C:\\Program Files\\HP\\HP ALM Lab Service\\HP.ALM.Lab.Agent.RemoteService.exe.config

I do not have the required admin rights to the ALM installation folder in C Drive.

**Already tried :**

1. That I do have the admin rights to that folder.
2. Disabling the UAC and restarting the machine.

Can you please suggest what is going wrong ?
