Cannot create defect from run result viewer for automated script

The system times out when attempting to connect to ALM11 in the view results screen. I want to share my results with the development team by creating a defect directly from the automated script run as a manual step after validating the defect in the results viewer.

This is only an issue in QC/ALM 11.0. The issue with the creation of the Defect from RRV and UFT 12.x is regarding a configuration/settings in the QC/ALM side. In this case, QC/ALM 11 needs a configuration update regarding two parameters in the QC/ALM Site Admin. Add the following 2 parameters to the Site Admin and set the Value to 'N': RESTRICT_SERVER_FOLDERS DISABLE_EXTENDED_STORAGE Marked as spam
