Cannot get manual executed QTP tests to update Test Set > the Execution Grid.

After running a test from QTP and having the results stored in an ALM >Test Lab >Test Set, the results of the run is not being updated in the Execution Grid. I can see the run results status for the test run when opening the 'Test Instance Details' > Runs. However, the test instance on the Execution Grid screen is never refreshed. If we run QTP tests from QC then the run status is on the Execution Grid as well as the test instance status. Has anybody seen this issue and know how to get around this issue?

ALM 11 added the feature to have test runs update the attribute 'Draft Run', however QTP 11 does not have the feature to update the 'Draft Run' attribute. HP has a CR (QCCR1J19107) to add Ability to control the value of Draft Run from the Automatic Run. Marked as spam
