Cannot Remember Confidential Data Passphrase used during QC install

I cannot recall the passphrase used on the 11.0 server.
Is there a way to find the Passphrase we used during the install?

See the HP v11.5 installation guide Chapter 3/ Section Recovering a Lost Confidential Data Passphrase / Page 21.

I believe you can also run the ALM Platform Configuration wizard on the v11 Server to get the actual value.
