**Windows 7**

Press the 'Start' button

Find command prompt and right click on it.

Select ''Run as Administrator''. A Dos Prompt will appear.

Copy the following command to the dos prompt and press enter.

UFT 14.53:

MsiExec.exe /fm {93CD2C9D-C540-4AA8-ABF8-42C165C7699F}

LeanFT:

MsiExec.exe /fm {7FDD2292-6831-4CFB-BB10-CA427F4C95C5}

**Windows 8/8.1**

From the Charms screen, start typing the word 'Command'. A list of matching programs will appear.

Right click 'Command Prompt'.

Select Run As Administrator. A Dos Prompt will appear.

Copy the following command to the dos prompt and press enter.

UFT 14.53:

MsiExec.exe /fm {93CD2C9D-C540-4AA8-ABF8-42C165C7699F}

LeanFT:

**Windows 10**

Press the 'Start' button
