Complex report hierarchy without first row

Please assist in a possible way to be able to check the hierarchy checkbox in the report section and remove the first row that is listing the folder the requirements are in. Using requirement type "Not Folder" doesn’t show to work. ![alt text][1]

This problem was reported to HPE and will be fixed in ALM 12.21 Patch 2.
It will require adding the following parameter to the Site Administration parameters:
HIERARCHICAL_PROJECT_REPORT_WITHOUT_PARENT_ENTITY

Setting this parameter will ignore parent entity at hierarchical project report.
