Connecting to windows resources for monitoring

We are currently using LR 11.52 with Windows 2008 Server R2 64-bit.
Our team is trying to connect to windows resource for monitoring it for our upcoming Load Test, but it is giving me ‘access denied’ error. I spoke with our tech support, they said, all ports are open. Any recommendations in regards to our issue would be helpful.

The error messages that you are receiving is due to not having the correct permissions on the machine you are trying to monitor the Windows Resources on. You may need to work with your System Administrators. It is recommend being a local administrator with full Administrative Rights on the machine you want to monitor.

Once you have the appropriate permissions, retry to connect to the windows resources to monitor.
