Copy defects using workflow customization in ALM

I have a scenario where i need to copy defects in ALM, i am able to get the actions which are related to this like acnCopy and acnPaste, i want to know what the event which is getting triggered when pasting , because i need to have some changes done when pasting the defect.let me know if we have possible solution on this

Hi, Sounds hard to me that a paste operation could alter the pasted information. I would use another way to get the same effect : 1 - trigger the copy action with the acnCopy (in the ActionCanExecute) and get the defect ID 2 - don't allow the copy to be done, but instead, create the same exact defect using the OTA (Using the bugfactory) 3 - modify the needed fields on your freshly created defect 4 - post this defect.
