Customize msgbox in QTP

Does anybody know if you can customize the msgbox, I would like to add check box to my msgbox?

I am not aware of customize for the msgbox but I did see a post on the web to use DotNetFactory object to create a form. This custom form can used with many components (buttons, checkbox, radio option, and more). Here is link to a [tutorial ][1]that I have found helpful.
