Defect pop-up is opening behind add causing it to not be responsive

We just upgraded to 12.55. We have one user that says each time he clicks a link on a defect, the defect pop-up opens behind the application and he can’t get to it. The ALM application is locked and not responsive. He has to kill ALM to get access back to his other applications. He has rebooted and it did not fix the issue. He is on IE11 and in compatibility mode. He has cleared cache and confirmed pop-ups are allowed. He has added the link to trusted sites.

GoDawgs, Try having another user log into ALM on the machine, if another user logs into ALM on his machine do they see the issue? If not then it could be that there is a corrupt entry in the ''common_settings'' table for that user in ALM on that project. An easy way to fix this is to remove the user from the affected project through site admin and then re-add the user to the project. Marked as spam
