Does ALM integrate with Service Now?

Does ALM integrate with Service Now (Prod Tool) and allow the two to communicate with each other through synchronizations? Thanks for all clarifications.

Hi Homer, Although not entirely familiar with the Service Now tool, I am seeing within the knowledge base that it is possible to synchronize data between it and HP ALM. If you are just asking in general about the possibility of integration, then yes I know it can interface through the REST API interface (the documentation for the REST API is within the document base included within HP ALM). There may be other ways such as Service Manager and the new SeviceAnywhere services that integrate the products as well. I hope this helps answer your questions, Marked as spam

There is also an integration tool out there called Tasktop Sync which allows these tools to share information in realtime. It also integrates with a variety of other tools. Marked as spam
