Edit Document Template Field Values in ALM

I am having an issue with a custom report that I created in ALM. The issue is, I can't update the fields title 1, author, and summary. Can you please help me find out where or how can I update those fields that are on the template or in ALM?

To edit the field values, follow the steps that I have listed below to edit the field values to display in your report:

1. Access 'Analysis View' in the 'Analysis View' Module
2. Select your custom report in the folder tree
3. Select the 'Configuration' tab
4. In the 'Document Templates' section, select the template you are using, then locate and click the 'Edit Document Field Values' button (Second button to the right of the 'Document Template' field
5. In the 'Edit Document Template Field Values' window, select the Field in the 'Field Names' section, then edit the value to be displayed in the 'Field Value' section. Once you have made the desired changes to the 'Project', 'Title1', 'summary', or 'Author' fields, click the 'OK' button
6. To test the changes, click the 'Preview' button in the tool bar
7. You should see the new changes on the 'preview' page
