Email authentication failed on Autopass

I was trying to set up my Autopass license server, and got my user email address and password entered. When I tried to test the email, it failed. I checked the log and found this error: ***[com.hp.autopassj.ls.action.config.LicenseServerMailer : LicenseServerMailer.sendEmail] :: javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: 535 5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful*** Any ideas?

Looks like you are getting an exception trying to authenticate against your email server. Are you using Microsoft Exchange? Most companies use it, so I'm assuming so for this post. You are probably not currently allowed to use your email address to send an email via a relay. You will need to have your Exchange admin configure it to allow for this.
