Hello. I am trying to run a vbs script on my client machine to extract data from ALM to create an excel report. We have registered ALM and ALM Site Administration on the affected machine, but the error still occurs. I have entered the error message below. We are currently using a 64-bit version of Windows 7. Can you please help us get this issue resolved?

Hello. Since you have registered the ALM client on your machine, and you are using a 64-bit machine, I would like for you to create a batch file containing the following line of script, and save it on your desktop. To create a batch file, you will need to open an instance of Notepad, enter the line of script that I have entered below, and save the file with the .bat file extension. Before saving the file, be sure to enter the file location for the vbs file that you are trying to run in the double quotes. Once you have edited the script and saved your changes, double-click on the file to run the vbs file. I hope this helps.

@%WINDIR%SysWOW64cmd.exe /k call cscript ''C:UsersAdminDesktopUsersVBScriptFile.vbs''
