Error executing test on RDP via Performance Center

I am using LR VuGen 11.52. I am using the RDP protocol to execute
up to 10 different users on a windows 2008 server. I am executing
an excel macro that is located on this windows 2008 server.
My script runs fine on my Vugen but when I try to execute via
PC using that same windows server as a generator it fails
to get my user(s) logged on. In addition, I tried connecting to a
Windows 7 box as well; however, the same results occurred.
Any input would be great

When using the RDP protocol, it is important to ensure
the following:

* The screen resolution has to have same screen dimensions
and color depth on all Load Generators as the settings on the
recorded machine (Vugen machine).

* Enable the RDP Agent Logging which is enabled
in the run-time settings .

* Ensure that the default tolerance for image synchronization
is set to low in the run-time settings.

Ensure that the above settings are correct on your system
and retry running your script.
