Error installing UFT: Installation Wrapper for Prerequisites Management has stopped working

When trying to install UFT 12.01, it is erroring out with the following message:

That error usually means you have a corrupt installation file. Try re-downloading the installation file and try again. Make sure you have proper permissions in place. Check the documentation for that, but I find it works best with the following: * User has full admin rights. * UAC must is turned off during installation/repair/uninstall (if applicable to your OS: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/turn-user-account-control-on-or-off). * It is strongly recommended to disable any Anti-Virus during installation/repair.
