Error: No Post allowed for object that has virtual father

We are attempting to attach screen shots in Quality Center and are receiving this error message: "No Post allowed for object that has virtual father" The attachments whether using the tool or a document are coming up with 0 as a size when clearly they have content in them. This was working fine last week and we have not had any Quality Center updates made. Any ideas on what could have changed or what to look for?

Check to ensure that the repository drive is not full and has enough room available for the attachments. This is often the cause of issues when attachments start failing and no other changes have been made. Marked as spam
