What is the build number of your QC/ALM instance?

To find out you will need to click on Help in the lower lefthand corner of the QC/ALM client.

To figure out what patch you have installed you can use the following link
http://eyeontesting.com/questions/6373/need-patch-build-cross-reference-for-alm-v12.html

According to the HPE System requirments page ( https://hpln.hpe.com/product/alm/pages/3376 ) you will need to have installed atleast

Microsoft Windows 10 --> ALM 12.50 Patch 01

This is not a patch that is run on the workstation this patch is for the QC/ALM instance and will need to be run at the server. Once the patch is installed then all the clients will need to be updated (which should happen when the user logs into QC/ALM the next time).

Before running this patch you should make sure that you have backed up all of the QC/ALM databases and project repositories.
